CX ConvertX
Free forever · Privacy first

File conversion that respects your time and your files

We built ConvertX because everyday format problems should not cost money, require an account, or send your documents to unknown servers.

Our founding story

Why we started

It started with a familiar frustration: another converter hiding basic exports behind a paywall, another site uploading a private PDF without explaining where it goes. We asked a simple question — what if conversion stayed fast, honest, and free? ConvertX is the answer: a multilingual toolbox for images, audio, video, documents, archives, and dozens of other formats, designed for real work and real privacy.

The people behind the product

Who builds ConvertX

We are developers and designers who convert files every day — presentations, podcasts, social posts, and personal archives. We focus on clarity over clutter: readable labels, format guides on every tool, and no dark patterns around the download button.

  • Browser-first processing whenever the format allows it
  • Server jobs auto-deleted — typically within about an hour
  • English, Russian, and Armenian from day one
  • No watermarks and no “Pro” gate on core presets

  4. Next

More presets, sharper guides, and the same free-forever commitment.

Mission & vision

Make format choices simple — and keep them free

We want anyone, anywhere, to convert files confidently without paying for basic features or guessing what happens to their uploads. Ads may help cover hosting, but they never block the convert button or download link.

— The ConvertX team

Why ConvertX stays free — forever

We built this project so anyone can convert files without paywalls, accounts, or hidden limits. Here is what that promise means in practice.

🎁

Free tools today — and always

Every converter on ConvertX is free to use: no trials, no premium tiers, and no credit packs. We will never put core conversion features behind a subscription. Whether you convert one photo or a hundred files a week, the price stays zero.

🔒

Privacy-first processing

Many image, audio, and video conversions run entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your device for those jobs. When server processing is required for documents or specialized formats, uploads are handled securely and removed automatically — typically within one hour.

📢

How we keep the lights on

Running servers and maintaining conversion engines costs money. Instead of charging users, we may show unobtrusive advertisements from partners such as Google AdSense. Ad revenue helps us cover hosting and development while keeping every tool free for everyone.
